Digiriigi Akadeemia on Majandus- ja Kommunikatsiooniministeeriumi poolt tellitud Moodle platvormil põhinev õppekeskkond. Andmete kogumisel ja töötlemisel lähtume Euroopa Liidu isikuandmete kaitse üldmäärusest (GDPR), isikuandmete kaitse seadusest ning teistest Eesti Vabariigis isikuandmete töötlemisele kohalduvatest õigusaktidest ning rakendame erinevaid meetmeid, et oleks tagatud andmete käideldavus, terviklus ja konfidentsiaalsus.
Kogume sinu isikuandmeid ja sinu tuvastamist võimaldavat teavet, kui lood endale kasutajakonto ja õpid Digiriigi Akadeemia kursustel. Kasutajakonto loomisel küsime sinu ees- ja perekonnanime, e-posti aadressi, isikukoodi ja asutuse nime. Lisaks kogume ka sinuga seotud infot õpitulemuste, õpianalüütika ja muu õppega seonduva kohta. Sa võid eelpool toodud andmete esitamisest ja jagamisest keelduda, kuid sel juhul ei ole sul võimalik osaleda kasutaja registreerimist eeldavatel kursustel.
Kasutajatingimustega nõustumisel lubad meil saata kasutajakontoga seotud e-posti aadressile e-kirju (sh koolituspakkumisi). Sul on õigus taotleda e-kirjadest loobumist kirjutades digiakadeemia@mkm.ee.
ID-kaardi, Mobiil-ID või Smart-ID-ga õppekeskkonda sisenemisel rakenduvad TARA-teenuse andmekaitse tingimused, millega saad tutvuda siin.
Kõikide kasutajaandmete ja õpianalüütika töötlemise õigus on Majandus- ja Kommunikatsiooniministeeriumil. Asutusepõhiste koolituste puhul on andmete töötlemise õigus ka konkreetsel asutusel. Sul on õigus taotleda enda kasutajakonto ja andmete kustutamist. Andmed kustutatakse pärast seda, kui neid pole vaja õigusaktidest tuleneval kogumise eesmärgil (nt struktuuritoetuse kasutamine). Me ei jaga sinu andmeid ilma sinu nõusolekuta kolmandatele osapooltele.

In collecting and processing data, we adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, the Personal Data Protection Act, and other relevant legislation applicable to personal data processing in the Republic of Estonia. We implement various measures to ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the data.
We collect your personal data and information that allows your identification when you create a user account and participate in courses on Digiriigi Akadeemia. When creating a user account, we ask for your first and last name, email address, personal identification number, and the name of your organization. Additionally, we collect information related to your learning outcomes, learning analytics, and other educational activities. You may refuse to provide and share the above-mentioned data, but in that case, you will not be able to participate in courses that require user registration.
By agreeing to the terms of use, you permit us to send emails (including training offers) to the email address associated with your user account. You have the right to opt-out of receiving emails by contacting us at digiakadeemia@mkm.ee.
When accessing the learning environment with an ID card, Mobile-ID, or Smart-ID, the data protection terms of the TARA service apply, which you can review here.
The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications has the right to process all user data and learning analytics. For institution-specific training, the respective institution also has the right to process the data. You have the right to request the deletion of your user account and data. Data will be deleted once they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected according to legal requirements (e.g., the use of structural funds). We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
